The OdZ law firm- which is owned by Darko Zidanski – has been operating since 2011. Darko Zidanski has been pursuing a lawyer for more than two decades- thefirst at two major law firms in Kranj and Ljubljana- and since 2011 as a freelance lawyer in a classical law firm based in Ljubljana and Žalec. Through the phases of its activities in all legal fields, Zidanski’s law firm specialises in economic and criminal law consultancy.
The upgrade of knowledge in connection with experience today is a prerequisite for the comprehensive and successful representation of clients and their interests in the domestic and foreign business and legal environment. Lawyer Zidanski has completed the Specialisation of Legal Knowledge in the Field of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana and has accumulated a wealth of experience in this field over 20years, which enables clients to broadly legal representation, advice and conduct judicial and other proceedings.
In the office we represent and advise primarily domestic and foreign companies that are active in the field of manufacturing and services, cooperatives, institutions and local communities – to municipalities, in the exercise of rights and obligations in the public interest. We also offer counselling to natural persons who face legal problems in their daily lives.
We represent our clients in English, Serbian or Croatian.
In compliance with the Attorneys Act, the lawyer Zidanski of our law firm is registered in the directory of the State – Bar Association of Slovenia.
